We at Antillia Cultura enjoy rum, from the bottle and label design, the cool way it goes down, and the warmth it produces. There is literally a bottle of rum in every West Indian home.
Rhumology is our weekly ode to the rich cultural spirit of the Caribbean, rum, and the age old formula of legend – one of sour, two of sweet, three of strong and four of weak. We begin with The Bob Marley Frozen Drink.
